Call and talk with the repair shop. Ask questions about part and labor guarantees. Find out about turn around times. Get a feel for the repair shop and how they do business.
What if you had a minor accident or if you have radiator problems? It is good to know a nearby repair shop that knows your Voyager and whose personnel know you. They can quickly diagnose your problem, get the parts you need, make the repair and get you back on the road.
You can also go to one of the dealer websites on the bottom of the page. You can find out a lot of information without even picking up the phone or writing an email right on their website.
Check the Voyager Forum, too. Someone may have discovered a reliable Voyager repair shop in your area and has written about the experience. If you find a good repair shop, let your fellow Voyager owners and drivers know about it. They will be happy you did.
